Driven by a deep-seated desire to reconnect with nature and champion wholesome living, we took the bold leap of transforming a hay field into a thriving vegetable farm. 2024 has been our year of growth
In the span of this year, we’ve expanded our farming operations significantly, introducing three expansive pasture field blocks, effectively doubling our outdoor growing space when compared to our existing field blocks. This substantial increase allows us to cultivate even more diverse and abundant crops for our community. Additionally, we’ve transformed our shed into a state-of-the-art walk-in cooler and chiller room, enhancing our capacity for efficient vegetable storage. This investment ensures that our produce remains fresh and crisp, preserving its quality from harvest to your table. Furthermore, we’ve established a dedicated wash and pack station, streamlining our post-harvest operations for maximum efficiency. With this addition, we can meticulously prepare our vegetables with care and attention to detail, maintaining their pristine condition for your enjoyment. Looking ahead, we’re excited to announce the forthcoming construction of another unheated greenhouse, poised to further expand our growing capabilities. This new addition will enable us to extend our growing season, providing you with an even greater variety of fresh, locally grown produce throughout the year.
